To book a function with Partymix, all you have to do is check for availability with us, once availability has been confirmed, you may complete your booking contract and pay your deposit booking as per your quote. Only once a booking confirmation has been sent to you, then your booking has been successfully confirmed.

Once we book a function for our clients, we stop taking bookings for that date and hence turn down all inquiries and bookings for that date. As a result, if a client cancels their function, they forfeit their booking deposit. Should the client have paid in full, we will gladly refund 50% of the payment to them.

We usually arrive 1 hour before functions to setup, however depending on the size of the function, location of venue and the specific requirements, we may arrive much earlier. Should we need to arrive earlier, we will communicate with our client beforehand.

Yes. As long as we are informed beforehand so that we can keep the volume of the music at the venue’s acceptable limits.

We cater for all function types including, birthday parties, dances, matric dances, weddings, bachelorette parties, corporate events, year end functions to name a few.

We cater for all areas in Gauteng. We however do travel out of town to clients venues. If you are having a function out of town and would like to get some pricing, feel free to get hold of us for a quote.

We use JBL, Yamaha, Sony, SoundCraft, Shure, DBX, Crown and much more. We choose to use quality brands so that we give our clients the best quality.

It depends on your personal preference. A good idea is to speak to your guests beforehand to find out if they like the idea of having karaoke at your party.

No. We only charge from the time we start playing music until the time we stop. The extra time before your function used to setup equipment and the time after your function used to breakdown equipment is not charged for.

Yes this can be arranged. Let us know and we will adjust your times accordingly.

Yes we do. Provided that you supply a covered area away from sun and rain.

Yes. Just let your DJ know at anytime during the function and he will be happy to stay extra. We charge an overtime rate per hour, check your quote for details.

Yes. As song as the new date is available. Should the new date be fully booked this will then be treated as a cancellation.

You do not need to supply us with a meal. However should you do, it will be much appreciated.

We require a standard 220V power outlet, trestle table with a table cloth as well as a chair. If the function is outdoors, we will require cover from the sun and rain.

Yes. For a small setup we require a 3kVA Generator. For larger setups please speak to us beforehand.
